We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives on complexity.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can take ownership of our most demanding, high-stakes translation projects - including large securities mandates - and confidently manage client relationships with lawyers, senior executives and other sophisticated stakeholders.

We’re not simply looking for someone who can execute projects well. We’re looking for someone who is exceptional at planning and risk management: someone who thinks several steps ahead, anticipates what could go wrong, makes sound decisions under pressure, and maintains precision even when timelines are tight and priorities are changing.

The profile we’re looking for combines precision, resilience, judgment, curiosity and innovation. You have strong operational instincts and high standards, but you’re also willing to question how things are done, learn new technologies and workflows, and find better ways to deliver.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
 

• Have significant experience managing complex localization or translation projects, ideally in legal, financial, securities or other regulatory or high-stakes environments
• Are an exceptional planner who naturally identifies dependencies, risks and contingency plans
• Can communicate confidently with senior and demanding client stakeholders
• Stay composed, precise and solutions-oriented when projects get difficult
• Take ownership rather than waiting for direction
• Are genuinely curious and eager to keep learning
• Have a strong appetite for innovation, technology and continuous improvement
• Have the perseverance to see difficult projects through from beginning to end
• This is not a people-management position and has no direct reports. Seniority in this role comes from the complexity of the work you can independently own, the judgment you bring to it, and the trust you build with clients.
